Seller Agreement
1. Subject
You rent a physical shelf in our store for a defined period against the rent shown at booking time plus a sales commission.
2. Seller obligations
• Accurate product information and pricing • Secure labeling using the barcode we provide • Drop off items at the store within the first 24 hours of the booking period • Collect unsold items within 7 days after expiry
3. Operator obligations
• Provide the rented shelf in good condition • Process sales at the register • Pay out the seller share within 14 days after the booking expires
4. Commission
The commission is the percentage shown at booking time (typically 15%) of the gross sale price, deducted automatically from the seller share.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the booking starts. After that the full rent is due.
6. Damage / loss
We are not liable for theft or damage to listed items unless gross negligence on our part. Insurance is recommended.
