Account
Can I delete my account?
Yes, anytime. Email privacy@[domain] and we will remove your account within 30 days.
Labels
How do I print labels?
From your seller panel you can download labels as PDF and print on plain paper at home.
Selling
What's the commission?
Standard commission is 15% of the sale price, deducted automatically from your share.
When do I get paid?
Payouts happen within 14 days after the booking period ends via SEPA transfer.
Shelf rental
How long can I rent a shelf?
We offer 7, 14 and 28-day packages. Longer bookings on request.
How much does a shelf cost?
Prices vary by shelf type and duration. See the Pricing page for current rates.
